Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team across Sales, Warehousing, and Office departments, promoting a safety-first culture.
• Drive business growth by developing relationships with new retail and wholesale customers across the Midwest.
• Champion continuous improvement by evaluating and enhancing work processes, systems, and productivity.
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing insightful analysis and regular reporting.
• Address customer complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction by resolving issues related to product handling and delivery.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree or have significant experience (2+ years) in sales, distribution, or operations.
• Must have experience managing, overseeing or performing sales for a cabinet and or furniture manufacturer / distributor.
• You bring 2-5 years of leadership experience in distribution, shipping, or transportation, specifically within the furniture or cabinet manufacturing sectors.
• Your management skills are complemented by strong organizational abilities, allowing you to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Your excellent communication skills enable you to resolve conflicts and drive team consensus effectively.
• Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Chinese/Mandarin, will find this skill a valuable asset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven background in furniture or cabinet manufacturing and distribution is essential.
