More information is available at <a href="http://www.avaloq.com">www.avaloq.com</a>  </p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>Your team</strong></p><p>You will be part of the SaaS Operating Center which is responsible to ensure stable platform operations of our Avaloq software and products for our clients.</p><p>The L2 application support analysts/engineers have ownership to resolve incidents/issues in productive environment, monitoring to ensure application availability and stability, They coordinate and work with other DevTech support units (e.g. L3 teams) in order to resolve incidents and problems that affect the client services.<br/> <br/> <strong>Your mission </strong></p><ul><li>Hold accountability and End to End ownership of any product related problems which clients report via the respective ticketing systems</li><li>To be able to handle EOD batches which are running post COB hours</li><li>To be on standby until the batch deliverables are fully transferred to the respective downstream of the Wealth Clients or Financial Institutions</li><li>Handle incidents, service requests and RFIs as well as assist Problem Managers whenever product specific support is required</li><li>Impact analysis, troubleshooting and involve/co-ordinate with other teams</li><li>Support the development team implementing features by translating business requirements into technical requirements</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>What you need </strong></p><ul><li>Degree/Diploma with 5-7 years experience in banking/financial sector/any relevant domains is a must</li><li>Proficient in SQL, able to read and translate code into business language as well as from requirements to complex Select Queries or Scripts</li><li>Strong communication skills, able to relate to relevant internal and external stakeholders along with end users</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Fluency in German, very good written and spoken English</li></ul><p><br/> <strong>You will get extra points for the following</strong> </p><ul><li>Knowledge of Avaloq Core &amp; Front Platform with certification</li><li>SQL and basic knowledge of Oracle DB</li><li>ITIL V4</li><li>Knowledge of any automation/scripting as well as Cloud Technologies (AWS)</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>What you can expect:</strong><br/><br/>It’s all about getting to know our teams and to e-meet with us.
