This is you

• You will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of projects.
• You’ll oversee all project processes (change, budget, resource, timeline, quality, goal achievement, customer satisfaction) and analytical methodologies, including the delivery and development process.
• You’ll analyze and manage potential risks, report discrepancies, propose new solutions and standards, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• You’ll be responsible for compiling, reviewing, and presenting project outputs to company management, clients, and project teams.
• You’ll lead, motivate, and manage project team members.
• You’ll use your experience to negotiate, maintain, and develop customer relationships.

This is your role

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in custom or product software development.
• Familiarity with project methodologies, processes, and tools – ideally with hands-on experience in ITIL and Confluence.
• A strong focus on building customer relationships and understanding their true needs to design effective, value-adding solutions.
• Excellent professional conduct and organizational skills with the ability to process and prioritize large amounts of information.
• A team player who sees things through to completion.
• Fluency in Czech/Slovak and English at a business level is required.
