Job Description Summary
Responsible for all aspects of managing Agile projects: organizes project teams, assigns individual responsibilities, develops project schedules, and determines resource requirements. Identifies and resolves obstacles to completing projects on time and to budget.

Knowledge & Experience
- Requires strong knowledge on project management policies and procedures
- Experience leading Agile software development projects is a must
- Requires experience working on government contracts
- Requires a University Degree and minimum 8-10 years of prior relevant experience; some roles may require graduate-level education Master’s or Doctorate degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)
What You Will Do:
We are actively searching for a high performing Agile Project Manager for our GrantSolutions contract. The Agile Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and completion of a large agile software development project. This project manager will manage multiple workstreams, overseeing all aspects of the project and the software application development life cycle, including UX/UI, and roll-out activities (UAT, training, etc.). Sets schedules and deadlines, assigns tasks and responsibilities, allocates resources, and monitors and summarizes progress of the project in an iterative development environment. Builds and maintains effective working relationships with team members, other teams and organizations, contractors, vendors, and others. Prepares project status reports for upper management and maintains risk registers and project financials. Reviews project milestones and products and is responsible for all deliverables. Implements organization standards and best practices in project execution, and ensures projects are clearly documented and communicated to stakeholders.
- Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination and day to day management of a large-scale agile software program. Working to support 2+ scrum teams along with other project leads. Provides leadership and serves as the main POC for all project activities.
- Manages multiple workstreams and oversees all aspects of the project and the agile software application development life cycle.
- Manages the project budget, establishing monthly cost projections and EAC and ETC estimates.
- Prepares weekly and monthly project status reports for upper management and Federal oversight.
