This pivotal role will focus on key areas including reporting ownership and strategic initiatives like circular economy and integrating biodiversity considerations into our sustainability framework. As part of the global sustainability team, you will collaborate across functions to align our environmental ambitions with business objectives and industry standards.</p><p></p><p><b>Reporting to: </b>Head of Climate and Green Financing</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p><b>Sustainability Reporting:</b> Take ownership and ensuring robust governance of environmental data collection, analysis, and reporting to meet regulatory, stakeholder, and voluntary frameworks (e.g. CSRD incl EU Taxonomy, CDP, GRI).</p></li><li><p><b>Stakeholder Collaboration</b>: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership teams, investors, and NGOs, to communicate progress and advocate for sustainable practices.</p></li><li><p><b>Environmental Strategy</b>: Develop, implement, and oversee the group’s environmental strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and emerging trends.</p></li><li><p><b>Strategic initiatives:</b> Lead strategic initiatives to advance in environmental areas, such as circular economy, including resource efficiency, waste reduction, and product lifecycle management or integrate biodiversity considerations into strategic decision-making, setting measurable targets to minimize ecological impact and promote nature-positive outcomes.</p></li><li><p><b>Risk and Opportunity Assessment</b>: Monitor environmental risks and opportunities, providing insights to guide business decisions and drive innovation.</p></li><li><p><b>Performance Tracking</b>: Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure progress, identify gaps, and recommend continuous improvement strategies.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>About you:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Analytical:</b> you can translate data into actionable insights. With an eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data, prioritize and translate this into meaningful, useful management information.</p><p></p><p><b>Communicative: </b>you have great storytelling skills, you know how to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders, internally and externally.</p><p></p><p><b>Structured:</b> you have excellent project management skills; you know how to engage different stakeholders and work effectively across functions and with external stakeholders.</p><p></p><p><b>Team player.</b> You have exceptional collaboration skills, proven ability to form strong cross-functional relationships with varying business partners.</p><p></p><p><b>Agile: </b>you work efficiently and proactively to deliver results and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.</p><p></p><p><b>Qualifications and Experience:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 8 years of experience in sustainability analytics and reporting, environmental strategy. Experience with internal\external auditing processes in this field is considered a plus.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge in existing and upcoming reporting regulations, for example, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, CSDDD, etc.</p></li><li><p>Proven expertise in sustainability reporting frameworks and environmental compliance.</p></li><li><p>Driven by passion for driving positive environmental impact at scale</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of environmental science principles</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of circular economy principles and biodiversity integration.</p></li><li><p>You can fluently speak English and Swedish.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Where you'll be:</b><br/><br/>This is a full-time position, based at our Global Headquarters in Stockholm/Stad
