This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, facilitating communication between departments, and supporting administrative tasks. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
• Manage and schedule appointments and meetings for staff.
• Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Provide administrative support including data entry, copying, and faxing.

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
