What you need to have:

  • 6+ years of product management experience building client-facing, client-centric SaaS products, or 2–4 years with strong domain expertise.

  • Effective stakeholder management and influence, with strong communication and storytelling abilities.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

What makes you stand out:

  • Capability to scope technical trade-offs, evaluate performance and scale implications, and engage in design reviews.

  • Expertise in designing statistically valid experiments that tie outcomes to ARR and retention.

  • Skilled in prioritization frameworks (RICE, ICE) and building business cases with measurable rationale.

  • Natural curiosity and passion for experimentation and continuous learning.

  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and communicate effectively with executives and go-to-market teams.
