<p>This role is perfect for someone who enjoys mobility, responsibility, and working in a modern technology-driven environment.</p><p>We are looking for a motivated and hands-onSystem Engineerto join an innovative and fast-growing<strong> AI software company </strong>operating across Belgium.</p><p>You will work closely with a solid international IT team, <strong>supporting multiple offices and infrastructure</strong> environments while continuously developing your technical and professional skills. </p>System Engineer - Tasks &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple company sites</li><li>Support and optimize<strong>Windows</strong>,<strong>VMware</strong>, and network environments</li><li>Administer<strong>Active Directory</strong>, DNS, user access, and security policies</li><li>Provide technical support to internal teams and local offices</li><li>Participate in infrastructure upgrades and <strong>AI-driven technology projects</strong></li><li>Collaborate with software and IT teams to improve system performance</li><li>Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure business continuity</li><li>Contribute to IT documentation and best practices</li></ul> System Engineer - Profile<ul><li>Fluent in<strong>French</strong>and<strong>Dutch</strong>(English is a plus)</li><li>Strong experience with<strong>Windows Server</strong>environments</li><li>Good knowledge of<strong>VMware</strong>virtualization</li><li>Experience managing<strong>DNS</strong>, networking, and infrastructure services</li><li>Solid understanding of<strong>Active Directory</strong>and Microsoft environments</li><li>Knowledge of<strong>Microsoft Dynamics</strong>is highly appreciated</li><li>Willingness to <strong>travel regularly between company offices </strong>across Belgium</li><li>Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Team player who enjoys taking ownership and growing responsibilities</li></ul>
