About the Role

Envision Unlimited is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Outpatient Clinical Therapist to provide outpatient therapy and community-based services to individuals with mental illness, including those with co-occurring ID/DD. This role is ideal for clinicians who value interdisciplinary collaboration and want to make a meaningful community impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments, including IM-CANS and required updates
• Provide individual therapy in home, school, community, or clinic settings
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation (IM-CANS, LOCUS, progress notes, billing)
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, medical providers, benefits case managers, and external agencies
• Deliver crisis interventions and complete required incident documentation
• Develop and facilitate therapeutic groups as assigned
• Meet productivity and compliance standards

Requirements

 Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of social services experience (mental health preferred)
• Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in community-based settings
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
