At our Miami branch, we’re on the lookout for an energetic, solutions-driven Inside Sales Associate to be the heartbeat of our local sales team. 💼 What You’ll Do

• Be the friendly face (and voice!) for customers—by phone, email, or in person

• Support our Territory Managers with quotes, orders, and sourcing product

• Assist walk-in customers and build strong relationships

• Make outbound calls to existing customers to drive sales and strengthen partnerships

• Help manage inventory needs and keep communication flowing with the warehouse team

• Provide product expertise and help set up new customer accounts and products

• Work closely with Branch Managers, Credit, and Replenishment teams to ensure smooth operations

🔧 What You Bring

• A passion for helping people and a drive to deliver excellent service

• Bilingual Skillset - Fluent in both English and Spanish

• 3-5 years of sales experience

• 1-2 years of HVAC experience preferred

• Solid computer skills—especially Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Office 365

• Familiarity with ERP systems (we use P21, but we’ll train the right person!)

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with a smile

• A willingness to jump in where needed and be a true team player

• High attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and a positive attitude
