Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3-5 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location in Nashville, TN.

The CareBridge Infrastructure Services Analyst Senior troubleshoots, maintains, and provides oversight for the technical and administrative aspects of CareBridge systems to ensure the integrity of the network and computer systems. This role also plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT systems and will play a vital role in supporting our team and enabling the efficient delivery of healthcare services through effective domain management, financial oversight, technical support, and vendor relationship management.
How you will make an impact:
Provides trouble resolution on complex problems.
Leads implementations for systems and networks.
Develops testing plans to ensure quality of implementation.
Represents major upgrades and reconfigurations in change control.
Designs and analyzes mix of vendor services meeting business requirements; maintains relationship with key vendors.
Leads lights-on initiatives to consolidate equipment and/or implement business relocations.
Performs capacity analysis; recommends and implements capacity increases.
Serves as the technical escalation for results of preventative maintenance routines; supervises preventative maintenance.
Performs the most complex operations and administration tasks.
Monitors and maintains the O365 environment and other CareBridge software environments.
Coordinates the purchase, delivery and installation of software and services.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize IT processes and ensure alignment with business goals.
Evaluates emerging technologies and recommends solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Evaluates and recommends new vendors, products, and services to improve efficiency and reliability.
Develops and maintains system images for various hardware configurations to streamline deployment and recovery processes.
Supports and participates as needed in information security assessments, periodic reviews, and ad hoc requests.
Assesses current and future needs.
Manages user accounts, permissions, and access controls to maintain data security and confidentiality.
Implements and enforces IT security policies and best practices.
Implements IT projects, upgrades, and system enhancements.
Provides support services to on-site and remote team members with technical problems and information technology issues.
Monitors and responds quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues.
Resolves problems or escalations on behalf of users to appropriate support teams.
Supports and troubleshoots printers, copiers, and other network devices.
Assists in identifying resolution gaps within the help desk.
Supports and maintains effective relationships with end users.
Performs additional functions as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires BS/BA degree in related field of study and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a support and operations role in any of the following areas: servers, networks, telecommunications, storage, mainframe, operating systems, middleware, disaster recovery, collaboration technologies, hardware/software support, or other infrastructure services role; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
