Change Management provides processes, tools and techniques to successfully transition individuals, groups and organizations from current state to future state.  This job family creates and implements change management strategies and plans that increase employee adoption, minimize resistance, and improve the likelihood of successful, sustainable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive change management plans that support organizational transformation initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and resistance management.
• Identify key stakeholders and assess their impact and influence on change initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure alignment and support throughout the change process.
• Conduct impact assessments to understand how changes affect people, processes, and systems. Evaluate organizational readiness and recommend interventions to increase adoption and minimize disruption.
• Create targeted communication and training plans that address the needs of different audiences. Ensure timely delivery of materials and sessions to support successful change adoption.
• Define success metrics and track progress against them. Provide regular updates to leadership and adjust strategies based on feedback and performance data.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

Anticipated salary range: $115,900 - $165,600
