About the Role:Join our compassionate team at At Your Side as a Caregiver / CNA / MA in Montgomery, TX. This rewarding in-home care position allows you to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients while providing essential support and companionship.
Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Administer medication and manage health monitoring tasks as needed.
• Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Document and report changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team.
• Offer companionship and social interaction to enhance clients' well-being.
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure client safety.

Requirements:

• Current certification as a CNA, MA, or equivalent experience in caregiving.
• Compassionate demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans.
• Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
