We are seeking a Sr. Director of HR Business Partners & Learning and Development to lead our HRBP team while serving as the architect for enterprise-wide learning strategies. This is a rare opportunity to shape the HR model and culture of a high-tech company at a pivotal inflection point.

This role is 70% HRBP-focused and 30% L&D-focused, ideal for someone who thrives in transformation and is energized by building from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

HR Business Partner Leadership (Primary Focus)

  • Lead and coach a team of global HRBPs aligned to business functions across Engineering, Operations, and Corporate.

  • Act as the lead HRBP to a key executive (likely business unit or function head), providing strategic guidance on organizational design, talent planning, team effectiveness, and leadership development.

  • Partner closely with executive leadership to translate business goals into people strategies that drive performance, growth, and engagement.

  • Champion a culture of accountability, inclusion, and performance.

  • Serve as a change leader during organizational evolution, workforce planning, and integration efforts.

Learning & Development (Secondary Focus)

  • Serve as the point leader for all Learning & Development efforts across the company.

  • Build and deploy scalable learning frameworks that enable leadership capability, technical skill development, onboarding, and continuous learning.

  • Leverage internal and external resources to implement high-impact programs that support employee growth in a lean and cost-effective way.

  • Collaborate with functional leaders and HR peers to embed learning into the flow of work and culture.

Who You Are:

  • 15+ years of HR Experience, with at least 5 years of experience in a global leadership role managing multiple, cross-border and cross-cultural geographies, ideally in a semiconductor, hardware, or high-tech manufacturing environment.

  • Proven experience leading or co-leading Learning & Development strategy, ideally in a company with fewer systems and more need for scalable design.

  • Track record of success working in transformation environments, with the ability to flex between strategy and hands-on execution.

  • Experienced leading a team and influencing senior executives through data, insight, and strong judgment.

  • Naturally agile, comfortable in ambiguity, and highly collaborative.

  • Passionate about developing people and building strong, adaptive organizations.

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Semiconductor or hardware industry experience strongly preferred.

  • Prior experience in companies undergoing M&A, spin-offs, or PE ownership transitions.

  • Strong business acumen and systems thinking.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications in HR, Organizational Development, or related fields a plus.

Why Join Us:

  • Influence the future of a high-potential semiconductor company from day one.
