Responsibilities:

• Lead Change Control Process: Oversee documentation, review, and approval of changes in line with regulatory and company protocols.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with quality, regulatory, manufacturing, R&D, and other teams to implement changes while maintaining compliance.
• Documentation Management: Maintain and ensure accuracy of change control records and associated documentation.
• Monitor and Report Progress: Track ongoing changes, address delays or issues, and provide regular updates and detailed reports on change control metrics and trends.
• Ensure Compliance: Guarantee adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements, securing necessary approvals before implementation.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify process enhancements, provide training, and support teams in applying best practices for effective change management.
