This is a hybrid role in our Cary, NC, Malvern, PA, Tarrytown, NY or Toronto, Canada office.
This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a P58 Data Migration/Reporting & Controlling/Financial Reconciliation - Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Enablement of Key Players in Local Organization for efficient data quality optimization
- Data Validation Coordination is management of the group of primary and secondary contacts across all data objects, processes, and businesses
- Management of Data Cleansing: Goal Setting, Method Definition & Process facilitation towards Load Cycle Target achievement
- Management is represented by our accountability for definitions and development of processes and tools around successful data migration.
- Setting goals for data migration and data quality
- Key Stakeholder communication locally and globally for all businesses
- Local Deployment Team representative to Global Data Migration Team
- Execution includes:
- Leading and facilitating NAM Data Migration activities such as definition of legacy system Extract Criteria & Relevancy Rules. Performing Field & Value Mapping. Defining Transformation Logic. Supporting Load Cycle Execution & Yield.
- Accountability for NAM Data Migration Load Cycle Measurement & Reporting
- Defect Escalation Management & Resolution Support
- Supporting Country Data Migration Cutover Tasks

- Established knowledge and experience for the respective area of operation.
- Affinity to IT (dedicated SAP skills), processes, numbers, and analysis.
- Superior facilitation and presentation skills.
- Superior interpersonal skills and strong team player with interest working across zones/ borders and cultures expected.
- Ability to influence and lead large teams for operational success.
Required skills to have for the success of this role:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 8-10 years of operational experience highly preferred.
- Combined InVivo & InVitro experience highly preferred.
- Dedicated experience with SAP and Financial Systems.
- Willing to travel up to 20%

The base pay range for this position is:
$141,340 - $194,337Factors which may affect starting p
