We’re looking for a Staff People Business Partner (Sr. Manager-level Individual Contributor) to join our growing team and support our Go-to-Market (GTM) functions — including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and related teams. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who’s already operated at the Sr. Manager or Head of People level, and who’s ready to partner directly with VP and executive-level leaders to drive meaningful impact.

- Drive alignment between GTM business priorities and people strategy — including org design, talent development, and workforce planning
- Leverage data (attrition, performance, engagement, comp) to diagnose challenges and shape solutions that scale
- Provide coaching and support to leaders on performance, feedback, change management, and communication
- Identify and address leadership capability gaps; support ongoing development of our manager population
- Operate independently while collaborating with cross-functional People team peers in Total Rewards, Talent, L&D, and Operations
- Help build a culture of high performance, clarity, and accountability as we scale
- Use AI and modern tools to streamline your work and support decision-making
What You Need
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a true Sr. HRBP role
- Previous experience operating at the Sr. Manager or Head of People level, with direct support of VP+ business leaders
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or tech environments, ideally with global exposure
- Strong track record of translating business goals into people strategies that deliver measurable outcomes
- Exceptional stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills — with the executive presence to gain credibility quickly
- Comfort with ambiguity, change, and fast-paced environments
- Experience supporting Go-to-Market teams is preferred (Sales, Customer Success, etc.)
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience at scaling companies (especially SaaS, open source, or AI-focused orgs)
- Global exposure and comfort with distributed, remote-first teams
- Familiarity with AI tools and systems to streamline HR workflows
- Clear examples of strategic influence: Where you built, scaled, or evolved programs that drove measurable business outcomes
Why You'll Like Working Here:
- Unique opportunity to translate strong ope
