Responsibilities

  • Own execution for a program or high-profile features and products, driving roadmap, specifications, and delivery

  • Identify, assess and mitigate risks, provide visibility to management, anticipate and make trade-offs balancing the business needs versus constraints

  • Scope projects into manageable chunks that enable us to quickly and efficiently release iterative products

  • Lead team Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming), and provide Agile guidance for areas and ways to improve

  • Collaborate with the engineering teams and program managers to evolve and lead the overall fleet roadmap across included teams, identifying necessary investments and dependencies to support execution and delivery.

  • Act as main communication liaison with disparate internal stakeholders and external partners across a variety of time zones and locales

  • Dig in and understand the overall architecture and distinct components of a project, applying this knowledge to more effectively plan and deliver your projects

  • Collaborate with other TPMs within the organization to continuously improve our program management process, communication protocols, and operational procedures related to effective, on-time and to-scope software delivery

What to Bring

  • 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience

  • Experience in shipping multiple feature or products simultaneously, ideally in an Agile environment

  • Ability to dive into technical details, understanding and providing input on overall technical designs

  • Ability to breakdown a large and complex project into distinct and incremental deliverables

  • Eagerness to continuously seek feedback around how we work and iterate as such

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and geographically dispersed environment

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a clear attention to detail
