Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in consumer electronics, phones, systems, or new technology introduction.
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering (EE) systems or computer sciences (CS), manufacturing processes, and collaboration with Contract Manufacturers (CM).
  • Ability to lead collaboration among technical teams, cross-functional groups, and vendors in accordance with plans.
  • Excellent communication, organizational execution, and leadership skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$305,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead projects and continue at NPI when needed.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on design integration and validation.
  • Provide executive status on technical, logistical, and strategic issues with risk registers.
  • Track performance metrics and support competitive analysis.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and leadership.
