ISBD - Innovation Analyst Internship

Introduction

 

We are looking for a new graduated candidate in Economics, Finance or Banking or with equivalent experience. The purpose of the position is to work on various analysis and trends of Financial Services related to Digital Channels.

Activities

 

Among the tasks related to this position:

• Proactive contribution to the acceleration and implementation of innovation initiatives: either in terms of collecting the Banks in our perimeter needs, nor to propose new innovative initiativies from market trends
• Competition benchmark scouting
• Managing, supporting and reporting on new projects from a business perspective having in mind the scalability and exportability of the solutions across all the Banks in our perimeter
• Coordinate operational and reporting activities and key success factors definition and follow-up
• Participating actively to meeting with internal and external stakeholders of the solutions
• Collection of commercial activities held by the Banks appreaciating the contribution of the Division KPIs

• Improvement of interpersonal and communication skills thanks to the interactions in a structured, international and dynamic environment;
• Learn about the banking business in a complex and dynamic international context within one of the biggest european banking Groups;
• Improvement of technical skills regarding the most used tools such as Excel, Powerpoints.

Requirements

 

• University degree in Economics, Finance or Banking or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Good knowledge in Excel and Powerpoint
• Knowledge in Data Analysis
• Knowledge or experience in Innovation Management and New Technologies
• Knowledge or passion in understanding Digital banking processes 
• Open-minded mindset
• Proactivity and high responsibility at work
• Ability to work both within the international team and independently
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills
