AGPM, LLC is seeking a full-time Senior Property Manager” who will oversee communities in Tallahassee, FL as well as Albany Springs, GA.

Requirements

Successful candidates will possess the following skills/experience:


  • The Multi-Site Property Manager is responsible for both specific site management as the direct on-site manager, primarily at Lakes of San Marcos, secondarily at Albany Springs, GA.
  • The Multi-Site Property Manager reviews the performance of both sites and determines action plans and other recommendations to install best practices, so that these sites’ performance raises to AGPM acceptable levels. 
  • The Multi-Site Property Manager serves as a backup for the Regional Manager and may cover his/her responsibilities during vacations and other leaves of absence. 
  • The Multi-Site Property Manager must work through on-site personnel to meet occupancy, budgetary and profit standards on each property. 
  • The Multi-Site Property Manager is responsible for the overall performance of designated properties. Promoting good resident relations, adhering to fair housing laws and standard accepted business practices, is a prime responsibility of each AGPM employee.   • In fulfilling the job responsibilities of the Multi-Site Property Manager, always keep in mind that we are here to meet the needs of our residents. 
  • The day-to-day duties and responsibilities of all on-site personnel will overlap. It is important to understand that all personnel must function as a team. 
  • The supervision, communication and site visits should result in both additional income improvements, improved operational efficiency and expense reduction opportunities per the schedule Senior Management has set up.


Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Must have tax credit (LIHTC) and Section 8 experience. 
  • Must have strong knowledge of affordable housing programs and requirements.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency in Yardi required.
  • Experience in multifamily property management having served in administrative or APM-specific role(s).
  • Must display ability to complete tasks/projects on-time.
  • Ability to collaborate with people and manage administrative projects.
  • Must possess exemplary customer service skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task well, all within specific time constraints.
  • This position requires organization and great attention to detail.
  • This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English.  Being Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus but not required. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders in both languages.



Education & Certification:


  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required. 
  • College Degree preferred. 
  • Industry specific certifications preferred (CPM, AHM, RAM, ARM, LIHTC, Yardi, etc.).
