 Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Technical Consultant in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Participate in discussions with clients to address and answer specific business questions, capture requirements and provide consultative guidance on solution/delivery options. Partner with internal and client teams to develop innovative analytics solutions that solve business challenges and align to industry best practices. Proactively analyze large and complex customer data sets to provide valuable insights and findings that may not currently be known or evident to clients within various industries. Perform analytic software configuration and coding. Incorporate analytics and findings into compelling stories for customer consumption. Clearly and succinctly communicate findings and insights to customers with proper verification and validation techniques. Create functional and technical documentation. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to client offices may be required.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Management Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Creating functional and technical documentation; (2) 1 year of experience in CRM Analytics; (3) Creating Recipes and Dashboards in CRMA; (4) Building wireframes; (5) Tableau; (6) SQL; (7) JIRA; (8) Agile methodology.

Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Some travel to client office may be required.

Salary: $125,700.00 - $188,600.00 per annum.
