Job Description Summary

Location: Dublin, Ohio

Start Date: June 29, 2026

Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.

Participants will work full-time as an employee during the 24-month program and gain hands-on experience within our finance organization. The program provides exposure to a high-performing environment that operates one of the most efficient and cost-effective networks in the industry. Teams may include, but are not limited to:

  • Credit/Collections
  • Finance Management
  • Finance Operations
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Global Finance Shared Services
  • Pricing
  • Revenue Management
  • Strategic Finance

Within their role, participants will potentially support the organization in several of the following ways:

  • Review and analyze key account profitability and develop recommendations to improve profitability
  • Develop, analyze, and prepare reporting capabilities to support strategic initiatives
  • Providing financial reporting to support the business
  • Develop a strategic pricing framework to align business strategy to pricing strategy for the region by country
  • Demonstrate knowledge of financial processes, accounting policies, systems, controls, and work streams

  • Participation in daily FP&A activities, supporting monthly close cycle, reporting & analysis of financials
  • Lead budget reviews for analysis of business operations and report trends to business leaders

Qualifications

To be considered, candidates should meet a combination of the following criteria:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field, preferred
  • Expected graduation between December 2025 and June 2026, preferred
  • Recommended GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale. preferred
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, preferred
  • Previous internship experience, preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication and analytical skills
