SFMC Team Lead

Title: SFMC Team Lead
Location: Malvern, PA

Key Responsibilities:

• Design overall SFMC system solution migration setup and deployment.
• Work closely with platform Vendor support for any configurations set up for environment readiness.
• Define the technical requirements needed to assist the source to target platform migration.
• Work closely with client team to build end to end migration solution of a desired quality.
• Identify performance and security challenges if any and work with team to resolve it.
• Define the template requirements, other technical needs and assist with onboarding the source applications seamlessly.
• Consult on using SFMC standard processes.
• Support Lead Product Owner in creating and managing backlog.
• Participates in daily scrum, Sprint planning meetings, Sprint reviews and retrospective meetings.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of the overall Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SFMC platform, including: Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder and Content Builder.
• Proficiency in AMPscript - scripting language specific to SFMC.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation, retrieval, and management within the Marketing Cloud environment.
• Understanding of data modeling and database concepts as they relate to Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications - Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer, which can be valuable in showcasing expertise in the platform.
