Description
Eastern Illinois University is pleased to invite applications for the Assistant Professor in Public Health & Nutrition - Public Health position. This position is a full-time, tenure track appointment comprised of teaching undergraduate and graduate courses across all degree programs while conducting discipline- specific research and/or creative activity and providing service to the University. Courses to be taught may include but are not limited to: research methods, program planning, community & public health, personal health, and human sexuality. Ability to teach motivational interviewing a plus. There will be opportunities to develop expertise-specific elective courses and mentor student scholarship.
Starting Date: August 16, 2025
Salary/Pay Rate Range
Salary range is $60,300.00 - $63,000 annually with the possibility of overload and/or summer teaching.
