You will be part of a dynamic development team.</p><p>You will be integrated in the dedicated Portal development team :</p><ul><li>Provide support &amp; advices in Web Content Management and best practices</li><li>Responsible of the WCM headless architecture</li><li>Analyse &amp; Develop or integrate new commons components</li><li>Discuss with Application Lead developer, Application consultant/integrator to handle/challenge project feedback and new components candidate</li><li>Maintain existing Portal environment</li><li>Participate to WCM community (organized as a guild) to share technical evolution of the portal vision</li></ul><p>Responsibility</p><p>‌</p><ul><li>Refinement and planning with your team, teams from the involved E2E chain and the Product Owner. The change needs to be an integrated part of the total solution.</li><li>Responsible for the WCM Portal plateforms (Internal and external portals)</li><li>Build beautiful and maintainable code from scratch or customize (configure, implement, integrate) off the shelf software developed by a third party.</li><li>You understand the principles of Continuous Delivery and use these in your DevOps team.</li><li>Understand Operating Systems (Unix, Windows, etc.) and Middleware software which you configure to deliver agreed features.</li><li>You understand and apply capacity- and performance management.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>You have a large experience around the Open Text products in an agile XP-environment</li><li>You have strong analytical skills.</li><li>Broad knowledge and experience with <strong>TeamSite, LiveSite, OpenDeploy, …</strong> but also <strong>Javascript</strong>, <strong>Node.js</strong>, <strong>NPM</strong>, <strong>React</strong>, Webpack, Jest, React Testing Library, SASS, HTML5</li><li><strong>You have a strong knowledge on the WCM headless architecture, especially with TeamSite</strong></li><li>Experience with CI/CD such as Jenkins Groovy Pipelines, Gitlab CI, Nexus, ….</li><li>You continuously learn and take full ownership of your personal development.</li><li>You are curious and understand/follow the latest developments in the technical area.</li><li>You teach, coach and train our colleagues, you share knowledge and experience.</li><li>You have a good understanding of banking in general. You can discuss with your stakeholders and product owner about features and stories and translate these into software with real business value.</li></ul>
