Senior Business Analyst Ecommerce

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

We are seeking a seasoned and highly qualified Senior Business Analyst with a minimum of 8 years of IT experience. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in the ecommerce space as a business analyst, including a successful track record of at least 2 end-to-end ecommerce implementations. Candidates with expertise in B2B business models, a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end order-to-cash processes, and a strong background in agile project methodologies are highly desirable. The successful candidate should bring a wealth of experience as a Business Analyst in a global company operating in highly integrated systems environments.

You Will Make an Impact By:

Business Analysis: Meet business and technology users and gather detailed requirements, create user stories and process flows and perform "as-is/ to-be" analysis on business processes.

Ecommerce Expertise: Leverage a minimum of 5 to 6 years of ecommerce experience to contribute to the development, enhancement, and optimization of ecommerce solutions.

End-to-End Implementation: Business analysts in at least 1 end-to-end ecommerce implementations, ensuring successful delivery within scope and time.

B2B Business Model: Apply specialized knowledge in B2B ecommerce, contributing insights and strategies to meet the unique requirements of a B2B business model.

Order to Cash Process: Possess a complete understanding of the end-to-end order-to-cash process, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.

SAP Commerce Cloud Platform: Apply functional knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud platform to enhance and integrate ecommerce solutions.

Ecommerce Touchpoints: Understand and work with ecommerce touchpoints like C4C, ERP SD, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Collaboration and teamwork: Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure successful collaboration and alignment with business objectives.

Skills You Bring:
Minimum of 8 years of IT experience.
Minimum of 5 year of hands-on ecommerce business analyst experience.
Proficiency in agile project methodologies.
Business analysis experience in a global company operating in highly integrated systems environments.

Preferred Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills. (English)
Strong documentation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:
Functional knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud platform.
Familiarity with ecommerce touchpoints like C4C, ERP SD.
SAP Commerce cloud certifications.
