That uniqueness shapes the culture of belonging we are so proud of. <br/><br/><b>The Role</b><br/>We are seeking an AI DevOps Engineer to design, build, automate, and operate the infrastructure powering Flutter’s AI initiatives, including the Flutter Assistant Infrastructure and Agentic Platforms.</p><p>As a hands-on contributor, you will implement and support the integration of AI use cases across our AWS Cloud Infrastructure estate helping to build and optimise systems, implement CI/CD and observability, and handle day-to-day operations. Partnering with brands across the group, you’ll enable faster delivery, modernise AI platforms, and embed automation to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient AI operations for the long term.</p><p><br/><b>What you will be doing</b></p><ul><li>Build and operate a secure, performant, and cost-effective AI Platform.</li><li>Spearhead the transformation of AI deployment and operations using Infrastructure as Code methodologies and automation tooling.</li><li>Lead the development and management of AI Agent Platforms, ensuring robust deployment, orchestration, and monitoring practices.</li><li>Provide repeatable and rapid deployment patterns for AI agents and automation services.</li><li>Assume guardianship of AI infrastructure code and artefact repositories, ensuring they adhere to best practices.</li><li>Enable and support AI engineering, automation engineering, and data science teams with the adoption of AI platform services.</li><li>Triage incidents, problems, and risks impacting AI systems, AI agents, and services.</li><li>Author and oversee a library of technical documentation and reusable design patterns.</li><li>Define, curate, and champion Low-Level Designs (LLDs) for AI platform services.</li><li>Support architecture and function leads with developing the AI technology roadmap and strategy.</li><li>Act as a trusted SME offering advice and knowledge sharing to the broader technology team and internal customers.</li><li>Forge, evangelise, and ensure adherence to best-in-class operating procedures, policies, and operational manuals, setting a gold standard for operational precision.</li><li>Cultivate and nurture relationships with other pivotal Flutter group functions, consistently identifying and seizing opportunities for strategic collaboration.</li><li>Liaise with Third Party vendors and partners.</li></ul><p>​<br/><b>What You’ll Bring  </b> </p><ul><li>Building and operating AI Agent Platforms and AI infrastructure, ideally within highly available AWS environments.</li><li>Proven experience leading or delivering AI infrastructure at scale using automation frameworks.</li><li>Experience troubleshooting AI agents and working with technologies such as MCP (Model Context Protocol), A2A (Agent-to-Agent), and API operations.</li><li>Proficiency with source control management tools (like Git, GitHub, GitOps) coupled with extensive hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline optimisation.</li><li>Proven expertise in curating, managing, and optimising deployment assets for AI workloads, including container images and model artefacts.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in employing Infrastructure as Code methodologies using tools such as CDK, Terraform, and CloudFormation at scale.</li><li>Establish AI observability and site reliability practices to maintain systems within defined SLOs.</li><li>Orchestration and management of container platforms, preferably using Kubernetes.</li><li>Extensive experience delivering and operating systems within security-compliant environments.</li><li>Producing and overseeing comprehensive, clear, and actionable technical documentation.</li><li>Sharing knowledge with your peers and across the wider engineering community.</li><li>Working in an agile environment.</li><li>Incident, change, problem, and risk management.</li><li>Advantageous: Proficiency in high-level programming languages such as Python and TypeScript.</li><li>Bonus points for previous software engineering experience, coding, and automation.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>We'd Like You To Master In</b></p><ul><li>Building Support: We establish close relationships with our stakeholders, underpinned by trust, integrity, and respect.</li>
