This isn't a role for someone looking to maintain the status quo. We're building a small, elite team of full-stack engineers who use AI-assisted development not as a novelty, but as a core part of how they work: engineers who can outpace traditional development teams and deliver production-grade software faster and smarter.</p> <p>You'll be working across a modern full-stack environment, contributing to NiCE's rapidly growing suite of AI-powered customer experience solutions.
