Responsibilities
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team. This qualified individual will create refresh schedule, assigns resources, manages projects using NCI tools. Also responsible for project management of ad hoc/miscellaneous requests/projects as well as management of the quality management plan. Ability to create detailed project documentation and occasionally end-user or product-related documentation.
What you will do:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure the efficient allocation of resources to meet project goals.
- Monitor project progress and course correct when necessary.
- Understand the technical aspects of projects, specifically using Node.js and JavaScript, and provide guidance to the development team.
- Ensure that the team follows best practices in software development and quality assurance.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure project success.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- BS/BA with 5 years of technical support, or HS with ten years of technical support. Additional years of experience maybe accepted in lieu of the degree.
- 6+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in an Enterprise IT environment
- Strong technical background and understanding of desktop platform management and technical refresh programs
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- PMP certification
- ITIL Foundations (or ability to obtain ITIL Foundations certification within 3 months of joining)
- Experience with Service Now
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory ability, strong operation, and project management skills.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio
- Issue management/resolution skills are critical as a key area of responsibility
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Federal customer experience supporting HHS, preferably NIH desired

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Apply for this role
