Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $18.25 per hour - $20.75 per hour

Sodexo is seeking a Food Supervisor to support and oversee daily food service operations. This role provides frontline leadership by coordinating staff activities, assisting with employee training and development, monitoring productivity, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and supporting management with the day-to-day operation of food service programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to lead and motivate employees, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least one year of related work experience; previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Please Note: This position is an employee of Sodexo and is not a York County School Division (YCSD) position. Individuals hired for this role will be employed directly by Sodexo and will be subject to Sodexo's employment policies, benefits, and hiring processes.
