Global EPM Practice Lead

As the Practice Lead, you will be responsible for leading a global team of Oracle EPM consultants, accountable for the delivery of both project and services work across various industries , managing client relationships, and developing best practices.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop pricing models, service packages, and offerings to ensure competitiveness and value proposition.
• Define and execute the global strategy for the Oracle EPM practice, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
• Serve as a thought leader in the Oracle EPM domain, representing the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business challenges and driving EPM solution adoption
• Manage complex client interactions, including executive-level presentations and stakeholder management.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a global team of Oracle EPM professionals, including consultants, analysts, and technical experts
• Implement and oversee the use of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the practice

• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Oracle EPM, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Ability to drive business development efforts and manage the sales cycle
• Extensive experience delivering Oracle EPM solutions (Oracle Cloud and Hyperion)
• Proven track record of designing and delivering large, complex Oracle EPM implementations across multiple industries
