The Senior Field Representative serves as a product and solutions specialist, delivering expert-level service, training, and consultative support across Ricoh’s business support offerings. Operating independently, this role combines technical mastery with customer engagement and process improvement, contributing to both operational excellence and business growth.

  🔧 Key Responsibilities Technical Expertise

Deliver advanced solution services including configuration, installation, troubleshooting, networking, and maintenance of Ricoh products

Perform full-spectrum product repairs, workflow assessments, and customer training

Share insights and solutions to improve operational methods and service delivery

Assemble, adjust, and maintain equipment per specifications and documentation

Act as a go-to resource for peers requiring advanced technical support

Customer Engagement

Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and Ricoh personnel

Promote Ricoh’s support offerings and proactively manage customer needs

Identify opportunities to increase equipment utilization and service adoption

Territory & Workload Management

Independently manage schedule, service calls, and workload across assigned territory

Execute call handling and workload management procedures with precision

Support solution-based scheduling and time management for team initiatives

Administrative & Compliance

Complete all required logs, reports, and documentation accurately and on time

Maintain assigned inventory (car stock or on-site) with precision

Comply with company policies and assist others in doing the same

Accurately record time and activity using Ricoh’s tracking systems

Performance & Results

Meet or exceed productivity benchmarks aligned with experience and workload

Actively participate in Ricoh Extra Value programs (e.g., CS212) and bill accordingly

Perform additional duties as assigned

  🎓 Qualifications Requirement Details Education High school diploma required; coursework in computers, electronics, mechanics, networking, and printing software preferred Certification Must meet Ricoh’s certification standards for the assigned role (link) Driver’s License Valid state license and minimum auto insurance coverage per Ricoh policy     💡 Skills & Attributes

  🧠 Physical & Environmental Demands

Extensive daily travel between customer sites; occasional overnight travel

Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), pushing equipment (up to 400 lbs), and use of ladders

Regular bending, kneeling, and fine motor work with hand tools and testing equipment

Exposure to varied weather conditions and occasional outdoor work

May require shift work, overtime, and on-call availability

Periodic stress due to service volume, deadlines, and customer interactions
