Jr. Treasury Analyst (4260154)

OCASA Life Sciences is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support the day-to-day treasury operations of our growing organization. This role is ideal for a finance professional with 2–4 years of treasury, cash management, or corporate finance experience who is looking to continue developing their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity across multiple bank accounts.

• Prepare cash flow and cash forecasting reports.

• Process wire transfers, ACH payments, and other treasury transactions.

• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Assist with bank account administration and treasury documentation.

• Support treasury reporting, month-end close activities, and financial analysis.

• Partner with Accounting, Finance, and other departments on treasury-related matters.

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Corporate Finance, Banking Operations, or a related area.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Professional English required.

• Spanish preferred.
