Customer Order Representative - Order Entry

As a Customer Order Representative - Order Entry you are responsible for supporting the implementation of sales orders diligently to ensure timely delivery of ordered goods to the customer, working under general supervision

Your role:

• Carefully checks and validates sales order data upon receipt, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and complete for the sales process.
• Accurately enters order details into the computer system to enable precise delivery date determination, optimizing operation efficiency.
• Quickly confirms orders with customers, communicating the delivery date clearly to maintain transparency and enhance customer satisfaction.
•  Actively collaborates with internal departments to resolve discrepancies, while generating monthly reports for insightful decision-making and process improvement. Additionally, manages product returns, credits, and delivery updates effectively.
• Diligently monitors sales order flow, managing exceptions and addressing issues promptly to sustain seamless operations.

• You posses High School Diploma or Vocatoinal Education certifiate.

• You have no prior experience.

• Your skills include understanding of supply chain management and order fulfillmenl process.

• You are a proffeisonal with a forward-thinking individual with strong organizational skills who can work both independently and in a team environment.

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. 

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an in office role.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN from $ 21.00 hourly to $ 32.00 hourly.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
