This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
We are seeking an experienced executive assistant to provide support and leverage to the Chief Administrative Officer and senior members of the CAO team including the heads of tax compliance, tax structuring and operational diligence.
The ideal candidate is someone who is:
- An excellent written and verbal communicator
- Committed to excellence with high attention to detail and follow-through
- Able to balance and prioritize multiple responsibilities while working efficiently to meet deadlines
- A collaborative team-player, who is resourceful, proactive and flexible
- Technologically proficient with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and adapt quickly to other applications
What you will do:
- Calendar management
- Meeting planning, both virtual and in-person, with internal and external parties, frequently across multiple geographies
- Support the creation of presentations, agendas, minutes and other team meeting materials
- Routine administrative activities including organizing, routing and electronic retention of correspondence
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare expense reimbursement reports
- Other responsibilities as required

- Demonstrated experience interacting confidently and confidentially with all levels of stakeholders
- Motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a high-performing team
- Ability to build and foster strong working relationships with peers across functions and geographies
- Problem solving skills with a bias for action leveraging data, technology applications and other tools
Education Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or, equivalent experience
Experience
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience supporting senior management
- Financial services or law/accounting firm experience helpful but not required
- Notary Public a plus
