Lead Fraud Prevention Program Manager
TIAAAbout the role
The Lead Fraud Program Manager job plans, organizes, and controls resources/processes that are associated to planned technology projects and identifies potential fraud control gaps. This role requires deep understanding of fraud controls associated with authentication, payments and customer verification. Will need to work in a highly matrixed environment with the ability to focus on solutions and outcomes through expertise, influence, and collaboration with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Identifies and works to resolve identified control gaps and provides recommendations on how to address gaps ensuring they are aligned to existing corporate policies.
Monitors the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
Conducts and participates in meetings to reports and communicate the status of the project work.
Coordinates the activities of outside contractors to ensure solutions are integrated into our existing processes and procedures.
Proactively communicates concerns, recommendations and decisions associated to assigned project work.
Educational Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred

Required Experience:
- 5+yrs of Project / Program Management experience
- Experience working on Fraud initiatives
Preferred Experience:
- 3+yrs of experience in Fraud Management & Controls
- 3+yrs of experience in payments fraud (specifically ACH/Check)
- Six-Sigma black belt or similar process engineering experience
- 2+yrs of Fraud risk management experience
- Knowledge of Digital Authentication practices/standards and technologies.
Anticipated Posting End Date:
2025-04-15Base Pay Range: $108,800/yr. - $182,800/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
