Technical Product Owner

You will become part of our Consumables & Accessories team referring to the team’s director and take responsibility for creating our product vision from A-Z. Additionally, you will work together with our R&D team in taking the development projects forward. Our products are recognized as setting the standards in the global audiology industry and product development will be a very important part of our future growth. Your tasks will include:  

• Creating a vision for our Accessories portfolio, develop product roadmaps, and prioritize development projects based on business needs. 
• Providing perspectives from the market and ensuring that we apply a customer centric approach in our development projects. 
• Acting as the subject matter expert on product related questions and over time build deep knowledge of the technical side of our Accessories portfolio. 
• Supporting our customers and other stakeholders with technical questions and ensuring we are perceived as a reliable supplier. 

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented Engineer with an interest in technical equipment.  

Furthermore, you are an excellent collaborator and able to positively engage with colleagues across departments. You should expect 15-20 travel days per year. 

 

Your qualifications: 

• A technical background, preferably with a degree in mechanical Engineering or medical technology. 
• Proven experience with product development. 
• A well-developed project management toolbox. 
• A good understanding of customer value creation. 
• Possess good problem-solving and analytical skills. 
• Experience with technical equipment. 
• Communicate to a high level in English, both spoken and written.
