Business Analyst

Ascentron, a leading company in the electrical/electronic manufacturing industry, is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations to drive growth and efficiency within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of business intelligence software and CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
