We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of property-related events, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding experiences for all participants. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for logistics.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate events, property showcases, and industry meetups.

  • Support the Events Manager in scheduling, venue bookings, vendor coordination, and client communication.

  • Prepare event materials, signage, guest lists, and registration tools.

  • Coordinate on-site logistics during events, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting.

  • Maintain detailed reports and documentation on event performance and feedback.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure branding and messaging are aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • 1+ year of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative support.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for events.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
