We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of property-related events, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding experiences for all participants. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for logistics.
Responsibilities
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate events, property showcases, and industry meetups.
Support the Events Manager in scheduling, venue bookings, vendor coordination, and client communication.
Prepare event materials, signage, guest lists, and registration tools.
Coordinate on-site logistics during events, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting.
Maintain detailed reports and documentation on event performance and feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure branding and messaging are aligned with company goals.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
1+ year of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative support.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends for events.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
