Job Description:

Manage a team in the execution of strategic talent acquisition projects and program activities across the organization.

How you will make an impact:

  • Direct the Global Talent Acquisition, Mobility and HR Operations functions through multiple levels of management within the company while developing and implementing strategic vision, plans and objectives for the organization in alignment with corporate strategy.

  • Develop robust strategic talent development and succession planning approach in alignment with functional growth strategies across the talent acquisition, mobility, and HR Ops organizations.

  • Oversee all global, enterprise-level talent acquisition & mobility strategies, programs, and initiatives with highest criticality including approving appropriate projects.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive level leadership and manage search and selection process on ELT direct reports, ELT, and BOD open positions.

  • Analyze, formulate, and present recommendations to advise and influence executive level leadership on significant talent acquisition and mobility matters; develop and deliver executive level communication across functions that impact all areas of the company.

  • Set overall talent acquisition strategy and ensure alignment with the needs of the business. Drive continuous improvement of the global talent acquisition function, ensuring high-quality service delivery standards as well as increasing talent diversity and talent acquisition effectiveness.

  • Attract, Retain and Develop a world-class team across Global Talent Acquisition and HR Operations where leadership excellence is front of mind.

  • Oversee all talent acquisition budgets including making final decisions on investments and ensure funds are utilized strategically and meet business deliverables.

  • Engage and share best practices with external experts to understand the market and emerging tools, trends, and opportunities.

  • Assist in framing the conversation within relevant associations on the future of talent acquisition. Serve as a SME within external talent acquisition associations.

  • Ensure best in class service organizations in the space of mobility and HR operations globally.

What you will need (required):

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field

  • Minimum 17 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR Ops or Master's Degree or equivalent with 15 years of experience

  • Proven successful project management leadership skills

  • Top level collaborator with team-based deliverables on a global scale

  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools and systems

  • Excellent problem-solving, consulting, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills including high discretion/judgment in decision making

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of ob
