Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of equipment professionals accountable for the design, acquisition, deployment, operation, and lifecycle performance of equipment
- Oversee equipment transactions, ensuring accurate documentation, coordination with internal partners, and compliance with company standards
- Direct equipment projects across assigned business units, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Review and approve requisitions, invoices, contracts, and related financial documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to policy requirements
- Serve as primary liaison with Legal, Fixed Assets, and other internal departments to resolve equipment-related issues and maintain accurate reporting
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking, budget forecasts, and executive-level presentations
- Own compliance with regulatory requirements, internal audit standards, and sustainability initiatives across all equipment activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support business objectives
- Provide strategic guidance on equipment selection, design, deployment, and lifecycle decisions
- Represent the equipment function in cross-functional projects and executive-level meetings, driving alignment with organizational goals
- Contribute to long-term equipment strategy and planning to support organizational growth and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent with 5 years of Equipment management related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field with 3 years of Equipment management related experience and/or military equivalent with at least 2 of which being direct management experience
- AND/OR Demonstration of the following skills and abilities through education, certifications, military, or other experiences
- Knowledge of financial processes such as budgeting, pricing, and total cost of ownership
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
- Ability to organize complex information and manage multiple concurrent projects with accuracy
- Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions using sound judgment
- Ability to communicate clearly and present information to leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with equipment design, pricing, and lifecycle management
- Knowledge of equipment repair practices
- Experience working with original equipment manufacturers to develop specifications
- Knowledge of equipment design and feature specification

Compensation:
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
