Job Description:
Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Technical Representative that specializes in Avionics to join our team based at Fort Novosel in Alabama.
You will be part of a small team that provides avionic technical support between all departments of Airbus Helicopters and the customer. Your work directly supports the Army aviation training that takes place on the fort.

Your challenges:
- Communicate with the customer either by phone, e-mail or technical database to address customer questions and or concerns on assigned Lakota Program aircraft.
- Assist Regional Technical Representatives by means of advice, documentation, troubleshooting and direction for difficult support topics.
- Develop, implement, and distribute maintenance procedures via notices and bulletins to ensure safe and cost-effective operations.
Your boarding pass:
- Must have 5 years’ minimum rotorcraft technical Avionics experience.
- Must have 2 years minimum experience on Airbus models.
- FCC Avionics Certification is required.
Clearance:
- US Person under ITAR definition (U.S. Citizen, green card holder or person covered under our existing ITAR license)
