Team Intro:<br/> The growth team responsible for driving revenue for Central European advertisers on TikTok, with a primary focus on the Baltics, Balkans, and other emerging markets including Czechia and Romania (South Central Europe). The Head of Sales will develop the go-to-market strategy, prioritize critical marketing narratives, and lead a team of sales leaders to deliver revenue targets. They will also identify the business's needs and allocate appropriate resources to drive sustained growth in these high-potential regions.<br/> <br/> Responsibilities<br/> - Build, execute and operationalise regional strategy to deliver on revenue targets and steer the market teams to increased growth potential<br/> - Prioritize sales narratives focused on the needs of selected regions, with a particular emphasis on the Baltics, Balkans, and South CE markets such as Czechia and Romania<br/> - Deep understanding of product to drive enhancements to unlock revenue<br/> - Bring a consultative approach that will align around a Customer First methodology<br/> - Provide thought leadership and mentorship to your team on overall account planning<br/> - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of critical vertical market trends and customer opportunities in the Baltics, Balkans, and broader emerging markets<br/> - Develop and lead a sales team of people managers and individual contributors<br/> - Active part of Central Europe Leadership team<br/> - Experience in managing advertisers throughout the funnel with a deep understanding of their challenges and objectives<br/> - Experience of working in a highly matrixed environment working with senior stakeholders<br/> - Well-versed with branding and performance marketing campaigns showing a thorough understanding of measurement capabilities<br/> - Self-starter, fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong team player
