Project Associate
Recent graduates with a four (4) year architectural degree or a two (2) year CAD associates degree
expressing basic knowledge of design & construction principles and being able to read and
comprehend basic construction document.
Perform on‐site field measurements, documentation, and inventories
Develop and update CAD information based on field notes
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
Excellent communication skills
Travel is required (up to 50% of each month)
Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel
Time management - complete projects in provided timeline
Facility Document Management:
Ability to decipher construction drawings
Life safety Master Plans:
Ability to decipher LS engineering files with assistance
Life Safety manager:
Ability to decipher MEP & LS engineering drawings with assistance
Architecture/Space:
Develop as-built (dimensionally accurate) architectural layouts working with existing shell/core
Demonstrate knowledge of building systems and structures
Maintenance:
Develop as-built (dimensionally accurate) architectural layouts working with existing shell/core

Estimated compensation for this position:
58,050.00 – 59,125.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
