Senior MS365 Enterprise Administrator

Evolver Federal is seeking a skilled Senior MS365 Enterprise Administrator to join our team for a Federal Client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in migrating on-premise solutions to MS365 services such as SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Teams. In this role will be deploying, configuring, and supporting MS Teams VOIP solutions, including Auto-Attendants and Call Queues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the migration of data from on-premise solutions to MS365 services (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams).
• Design, implement, and maintain Network Engineering and Operations, including SASE implementation.
• Lead Infrastructure Engineering and Operations Support activities to ensure seamless operation and scalability.
• Deploy, configure, and support MS Teams VOIP solutions, including Auto-Attendants and Call Queues.
• Manage Certificate and Key Management processes to ensure security and compliance.
• Serve as a project lead on enterprise-class deployments, ensuring successful execution within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and engineering diagrams.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
• Provide expert-level support and administration of MS365 in an enterprise environment.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 5 Years of relevant experience
• 3 years of experience migrating data from on premise solutions into MS365 services such as SharePoint online, Exchange Online, and Teams
• 3 years of experience deploying, configuring, and supporting MS Teams VOIP solutions., including but not limited to configuring and deploying Auto-Attendants and Call Queues
• 3 years of Project lead experience
• 3 years of experience leading successful deployments of enterprise class solutions
• Experience administering MS365 in an enterprise environment

Preferred Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and team success.
• Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
