Cruise is looking for a Performance Management Specialist who will be a key member of our Talent Center of Excellence, collaborating across the People Team and our businesses. Our goal is to help ensure Cruise is enabling and motivating Cruisers to do the best work of their careers with the help of effective performance management. What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting our Talent Strategies Manager in collaboration with Cruise’s business leaders and People Team in designing and improving new and existing Talent Management programs and processes and engaging Cruisers around them, to:
    • Further differentiate Cruise among our talent competitors as The Place To Be
    • Keep pace with our evolving talent needs by expanding our use of Workday
    • Engage, enable and motivate Cruisers by evolving Cruise's approach to managing performance and career development
    • Help ensure we have the right people and capabilities in the right place at the right time by refreshing Cruise's career and capabilities models and Integrating talent management processes with workforce planning and organizational design to drive a healthy organization
    • Drive operationally-effective processes that deliver the best experience for Cruisers.

What you must have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management
  • Experience managing talent and performance management in Workday
  • Ability to work in a very high paced environment
  • Experience developing and operationalizing Talent Management Strategies, priorities: performance, feedback, and capability models
  • Strong business acuity paired with creative, pragmatic implementation
  • An approach to developing talent programs that is human-centered, using agile design and empathetic change management
  • Collaborative and inclusive approach to virtual teaming
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage competing deadlines

The salary range for this position is $83,400 - $122,600. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may also be offered a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. These ranges are subject to change.
