About the role

General Purpose:

The Partner Enablement Manager empowers TPx's channel partners to effectively position, sell, and support TPx's managed IT, cloud, connectivity, and cybersecurity solutions. This role builds scalable programs that equip TSDs, agents, VARs, and MSPs with the technical knowledge, sales skills, and operational tools needed to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. Working across Revenue Enablement, Partnerships, Product, and Marketing, the Partner Enablement Manager ensures partners can clearly communicate TPx's value, execute co-sell motions, and operate within TPx's commercial processes--accelerating partner onboarding and time-to-productivity in a complex managed services ecosystem.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Partner Enablement Strategy & Alignment

  • Defines and owns the partner enablement strategy aligned to TPx's Channel Partner Program, partner tiers, and growth priorities.
  • Designs enablement frameworks that support partner sales, technical, and post-sales personas across referral, resale, and co-sell models.
  • Aligns partner enablement priorities with Partnerships, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
  • Ensures enablement programs reinforce consistent messaging, positioning, and value across TPx's IT and managed services portfolio.

Partner Onboarding, Training & Readiness

  • Designs and delivers structured onboarding programs that accelerate partner readiness and reduce time-to-first-opportunity.
  • Develops role-based training programs for partner sales and technical audiences covering:
    • Managed Services and recurring revenue models
    • Cloud, connectivity, and cybersecurity solutions
    • Co-sell motions, deal engagement, and handoff processes
  • Maintains up-to-date enablement that reflects product updates, service offerings, and market changes.
  • Builds and manages partner certifications, assessments, and readiness milestones.

Enablement Content, Playbooks & Governance

  • Develops and maintains partner-facing enablement assets including sales playbooks, GTM guides, solution overviews, competitive positioning, and use-case messaging.
  • Partners with Product and Marketing to translate technical offerings into clear, partner-ready content.
  • Establishes content governance, standards, and refresh cadences to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Curates enablement content within partner platforms as a single source of truth.

Measurement, Performance & Optimization

  • Defines and tracks partner enablement KPIs, including:
    • Partner onboarding time
    • Certification and readiness completion rates
    • Enablement content usage
    • Partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
  • Analyzes partner performance data to identify readiness gaps and refine enablement strategies.
  • Uses feedback loops and performance insights to continuously improve partner effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Partner Advocacy

  • Acts as the primary enablement liaison between partners and internal teams.
  • Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure partner motions are executable and supported.
  • Advocates for partner needs internally to improve enablement, tooling, and processes.
  • Supports broader channel initiatives that advance TPx's partner ecosystem and growth objectives.

 

Required Qualifications:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in sales enablement, partner enablement, or channel roles, preferably within a SaaS, MSP, or IT services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience enabling partners to sell complex, technical solutions.
  • Experience delivering training and enablement to external audiences.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and other tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, Articulate, Camtasia, and MS Office/SharePoint.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong understanding of IT services, including managed services, cloud, cybersecurity, and recurring revenue models preferred.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling sales and enablement content.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive enablement decisions.
