Junior System Administrator

Trulite is expanding, and we’re looking for a Junior Systems Administrator to strengthen our helpdesk. In this entry-level role, you’ll support day-to-day IT operations, assist with onboarding new hires, and serve as the first line of support for end-user technical issues across our network. This position is ideal for someone who is technically minded, organized, and committed to delivering excellent service.
What You’ll Do
As a Junior Systems Administrator, you’ll apply strong technical troubleshooting, organization, communication, and customer service skills to:

End-User Support

Provide first-level technical support for general user issues

Handle password resets, desktop/Office troubleshooting, printer installation, file share mapping, and limited mobile device support

Gather endpoint information for escalation and assist with hardware/software needs for new hires

Active Directory Administration

Create and manage user accounts and security groups

Ensure access rights and permissions are up to date and secure

Microsoft 365 Helpdesk Tasks

Support user access and configuration across Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange

Manage distribution groups, email forwarding, and user settings
-

Technical Operations
-
Image and configure PCs for deployment

Handle recurring project-based tasks and scheduled IT reminders

Maintain accurate records of support tickets and IT activities
-
You’ll be expected to demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a strong client focus in everything you do while collaborating with teammates and escalating complex issues when necessary.
What You Bring

1–2 years of helpdesk or IT support experience preferred

Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365

Proficiency with Windows OS and Office applications

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Customer-service orientation and a problem-solving mindset

Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks

Eagerness to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced IT environment
