About AT&T's Wireline Transformation and Supply Chain (WTSC) Strategy Team: AT&T’s WTSC Strategy Team focuses on collaborative problem-solving, strategic analysis, and analytical support to directly impact billions of dollars of AT&T’s cost structure and future investments, while driving best-in-class practices across AT&T’s vast supply chain and wireline networks.

Role and Responsibilities of Senior Strategy Consultants: Our Senior Strategy Consultants work in small teams to support and lead projects and craft actionable, innovative recommendations for AT&T’s senior leadership. You’ll analyze the impact of industry trends, emerging technologies, macroeconomic & competitive factors, and third-party supplier spend & engagement.

You’ll Provide:

• Thought leadership and strategic analysis on fast-paced, complex opportunities and challenges facing AT&T’s Wireline Transformation and Supply Chain organization.
• Fact-based negotiation support, including industry analytics, competitive event strategy, and “should cost” negotiation benchmarking.
• Best-in-class market intelligence including M&A monitoring, supplier financial health assessments, and supply chain visibility to best position AT&T for success.
• Creative, strategic solutions to drive meaningful transformation for AT&T’s operations and cost structure.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with management consulting, analytics, strategy, or other related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a Supply Chain related field.
• Strategic mindset and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to provide structured thinking to deconstruct complex problems and help advance strategic initiatives with data-driven solutions.
• Ability to work with multiple sources of data to develop financial and operational models.
• Strong communication (both oral and written) skills and presentation skills.
• Effective leadership and teamwork skills working with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering against tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or another highly strategic/analytical role; ideally with exposure to the telecommunications or technology industries.
• Exposure to software, mechanical, and electrical engineering concepts.
• MBA preferred.

Compensation: Our Lead Procurement Consulting earn between $118,800 - $178,200 USD Annual in Dallas, TX.  Our Lead Procurement Consulting earn between $106,100 - $159,100 USD Annual in Atlanta, GA.
